He brings 21 years of experience in the field of education, underpinned by a strong academic foundation: a Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Education in Early Childhood Education. He further advanced his education with a Master of Philosophy in Early Childhood Education from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana.
In his current role, Issah serves as a Project Officer for AG Care Ghana, where he applies his expertise to drive educational initiatives, community outreach, and capacity-building programs that support children’s development and teacher effectiveness. Beyond education, Issah is a startup entrepreneur and the Chief Executive Officer of Salanga Poultry Production Farm. Under his leadership, Salanga Poultry Production is positioned to produce fresh eggs and hygienic chicken meat for both individuals and institutions, including schools. The venture reflects his commitment to rural economic development, food security, and creating sustainable livelihoods through value-added agriculture.
Issah’s dual focus on education and enterprise positions him to foster cross-sector collaborations that empower Ghanaian communities, promote tourism of knowledge, and strengthen the nation’s small business ecosystem. His work as an International Ambassador emphasizes mentorship for aspiring entrepreneurs, support for women and youth-owned enterprises, and the cultivation of innovative solutions that address local needs while contributing to regional and global markets.
