Refund and Return Policy for the Diverse Chamber of Commerce

 1. Event Registration Fees
 
  • All registration fees for Chamber events are non-refundable.
  • In the event that you choose not to attend an event for which you have registered, you agree to forfeit the fee.
  • If an event is cancelled by the Chamber, the registration fee will be refunded to you.
 
2. Membership Fees
 
  • Membership fees for the Diverse Chamber of Commerce are non-refundable.
  • Memberships are valid for a 12-month period from the date of registration.
  • Should you choose to discontinue your membership within the 12-month period, the membership fee will be forfeited.
3. Product Return Policy
 
  • The Diverse Chamber of Commerce does not sell tangible goods through our website.
  • As a result, we do not have a return policy in place for any products or merchandise.
 
4. Virtual Marketplace Disclaimer
 
  • The Virtual Marketplace is a portal that enables e-commerce for member businesses.
  • Transactions conducted on the Virtual Marketplace are handled by and the responsibility of the business merchants.
  • The Diverse Chamber of Commerce is not responsible or liable for products sold on the Virtual Marketplace, including any returns or refunds related to those transactions.
