Refund and Return Policy for the Diverse Chamber of Commerce

1. Event Registration Fees

All registration fees for Chamber events are non-refundable.
In the event that you choose not to attend an event for which you have registered, you agree to forfeit the fee.
If an event is cancelled by the Chamber, the registration fee will be refunded to you.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees for the Diverse Chamber of Commerce are non-refundable.
Memberships are valid for a 12-month period from the date of registration.
Should you choose to discontinue your membership within the 12-month period, the membership fee will be forfeited.

3. Product Return Policy

The Diverse Chamber of Commerce does not sell tangible goods through our website.
As a result, we do not have a return policy in place for any products or merchandise.

4. Virtual Marketplace Disclaimer

The Virtual Marketplace is a portal that enables e-commerce for member businesses.
Transactions conducted on the Virtual Marketplace are handled by and the responsibility of the business merchants.
The Diverse Chamber of Commerce is not responsible or liable for products sold on the Virtual Marketplace, including any returns or refunds related to those transactions.
