As a certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, PMP, and Disciplined Agile Coach, Jhade has successfully led enterprise-wide transformations valued at up to $3.5M, managing diverse teams of 75+ members across global locations.
Currently serving as a Senior Lead Scrum Master for an insurance company and Founder of her consulting firm, Jhade brings extensive expertise in federal contracting, having supported agencies including the Department of Defense, National Archives and Records Administration, and the Department of Health and Human Services. Her military service included leading the DoD Enterprise Military Housing System initiative, impacting 2.5M+ service members.
