2025 Regional Ambassador Northeast

Deborah Bridges is a dynamic Regional Ambassador for the Diverse Chamber of Commerce, proudly representing Queens, New York. With a multifaceted background that bridges the arts, law enforcement, and community advocacy, Deborah embodies the spirit of diversity and empowerment.

A graduate of the prestigious New York Performing Arts High School, Deborah honed her talents as a singer and dancer, ultimately becoming a member of SAG-AFTRA. She made her mark on Broadway by stepping into the iconic role of the Good Witch in “The Wiz,” famously replacing Phylicia Rashad. Her impressive career also includes starring in the film adaptation of “The Wiz” alongside the legendary Diana Ross and performing in numerous other Broadway productions.

In addition to her artistic accomplishments, Deborah served in the New York Police Department, where she gained invaluable insights into community dynamics and public service. She furthered her education at Queens College, earning a degree in Political Science, which complements her passion for advocacy and social justice.

As a Regional Ambassador, Deborah leverages her diverse experiences to foster connections and support for businesses in the community. Her commitment to inclusivity and representation drives her mission to empower entrepreneurs and strengthen the economic fabric of Queens.
