2025 Regional Ambassador Southeast

Andrew Grider is the Vice President of Grapevine Home Renovations and a Regional Ambassador for the Diverse Chamber of Commerce, where he actively supports emerging business leaders in the Southeast Region. With a strong entrepreneurial background and a commitment to community development, Andrew is dedicated to fostering growth and innovation.

Raised in a military family, Andrew experienced diverse cultures and communities before settling in Henrico, VA, during his seventh-grade year. He graduated as valedictorian from Cave Spring High School in 2016 and pursued a degree in Building Construction at Virginia Tech, where he honed his skills and passion for the industry.

In 2017, Andrew founded Southern Sun Landscaping, which quickly gained recognition for its exceptional customer service, earning a spot among the top 10 “Best Local Companies for Home Services” by WSLS in 2019. He later established Global Disinfecting, where he served as CEO, demonstrating his ability to identify and respond to market needs.

A strong advocate for community service, Andrew has played a crucial role in the National Roanoke Community Beautification Day since its inception in 2020, reflecting his belief in the importance of giving back. In 2024, he transitioned to his current role as Vice President of Grapevine Home Renovations, where he focuses on driving the company’s growth and innovation.

As a Regional Ambassador, Andrew is committed to empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs through his insights and experiences, believing in the transformative power of entrepreneurship to enhance communities.
